Price Matching Policy

We pride ourselves on our fast efficient service, high percentage of in-stock items and our very fair, low prices. We do know that you will occasionally find a lower price. Many of these other sites have inferior service, don't actually have a storefront and have a high percentage of delays and out of stock items.

If you find a lower price than we charge for an identical product (same size and manufacturer), we may match it. Just put in the website and price in "Comments" when checking out and once verified this is a site we will match, we will lower the price manually upon final processing. If there is any question, we will contact you before proceeding.
Price match is good at time of order only and all products you are ordering must be available at the site.

All products ordered must also be available at the competitor's site even if a particular product's price on the order is not being matched. The total will be based upon their final total. We cannot match multiple sites for multiple products on one order.

Note that we will not match all sites. We will let you know either way.

SHIPPING
We are only matching product prices. Our normal shipping charges will be applied regardless of what they charge unless their price is higher then the higher price applies for an exact match. If the item you are ordering from us is on a Free Shipping offer at our site, normal shipping will be added charged unless the matched item is also offered with free shipping at the competitor's site. They must ship to the address you are requesting shipment to. No other discounts or offers can be applied.

We reserve the right to make the final determination as to whether or not we will match the price.* We will contact you if there is a problem or question.

*There are some sites selling at ridiculously low prices and the manufacturers do not know where they are getting their products or how old it is. Some customers have told us when they order from some of these sites, the product takes a long time to arrive and is often short dated.
